为进一步推动和支持成员机构开展可持续信息披露，尤其是披露后的具体实施，“一带一路”绿色投资原则（GIP）第二工作组拟于2026年2月4日（周三）举办题为“超越‘合规披露’，迈向‘战略沟通’，铸就‘全球信任’”的研讨会。此次研讨会将以线上和线下相结合的方式举行，由汇丰银行与宁德时代共同主办，安永提供支持。

在全球范围内，可持续性信息披露正逐步从自愿转向强制，并与国际可持续准则理事会（ISSB）等机构制定的标准日益接轨。与此同时，一些国家和地区也已出台可持续报告规则，将国际框架与本土优先事项有机融合，推动全球与本地市场在可持续性披露领域的协同发展。为了进一步推动和加强披露后的落实工作，本次研讨会旨在帮助企业超越“合规披露”要求，利用披露强化自身表现，从而提高在脱碳和低碳转型中的融资能力。

本次会议将汇聚在可持续报告与转型实践方面具有领先经验的金融机构及企业代表，分享其前沿洞察与具体行动方案，旨在推动“披露、行动、融资”三者的有效衔接。

To further support and strengthen the implementation after sustainability disclosures, the GIP Working Group 2 (WG2) is pleased to invite you to the seminar on “Disclosure beyond compliance, to enhance communication and build trust.” Scheduled to take place on February 4, 2026 (Wednesday), this seminar will be co-hosted by HSBC and CATL, with support from EY.

Globally, sustainability disclosure is shifting from voluntary to mandatory and is increasingly aligning with standards developed by bodies such as the ISSB. Meanwhile, some economies like in China have introduced reporting rules, integrating international frameworks with local priorities to advance harmonization in sustainability disclosure between global and local markets. To further encourage and strengthen the implementation of post-disclosure actions, this seminar aims to help preparers move beyond compliance disclosure. It will focus on using disclosure to enhance performance, thereby improving their ability to secure financing for decarbonization and low-carbon transition.

This seminar will invite financial institutions and corporate representatives with leading experience in sustainable reporting and low-carbon transition practices. They will share their insights and action plans, aiming to promote the effective connection of disclosure, action, and financing.
