2024年联合国气候大会（COP29）期间，与会各方就《巴黎协定》第6.4条的碳交易市场标准达成共识，为未来各国之间开展碳交易奠定了基础。为紧密结合国际形势，支持“一带一路”绿色投资原则能力建设目标，向金融机构提供了解自愿碳市场动态、交流前沿信息和创新经验的机会，为推动绿色金融产品发展和应对气候变化挑战积累宝贵的思路和实践案例，GIP第三工作组拟召开“自愿碳市场与绿色金融创新研讨会”。

GIP第三工作组由兴业银行与渣打银行共同主持，德勤提供支持，主要关注绿色金融产品层面的创新。

The workshop takes place at a pivotal moment in international climate policy, as a landmark agreement was reached on establishing standards for carbon credit creation under Article 6.4 of the Paris Agreement at COP29. This breakthrough will lay the foundation for countries to trade carbon emission reductions.

Closely following this achievement, the GIP Working Group on Green Financial Product Innovation (WG3), co-chaired by Industrial Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, will host a hybrid seminar, with support from Deloitte. This seminar aims to provide GIP members with insights into the voluntary carbon market, facilitate the exchange of innovative experiences and case studies of green financial products.
